The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board again resets the hearing into the surge fee of ride-hailing app Grab. Grab asked for more time as it was unable to present data to support the surge charge it imposed during the holiday rush hour. <br /><br />The counsel for petitioners criticized the postponment of the hearing.
